Natalie has a passion for helping children, adolescents and adults create solutions, discover their resiliency, and find peace in their everyday lives. Natalie works with all ages affected by trauma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, test-taking anxiety, and ADHD, as well as issues including self-esteem, coping skills, life changes, and goals planning. Natalie sees clients at our South location.

Prior to completing her Master’s Degree, Natalie has 10 years of experience working in the mental health field in areas including community mental health, behavioral health inpatient, youth residential treatment, school social work, and long-term care. Natalie is also a member of the National Association for Social Workers, as well as the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention- Indiana Chapter. Natalie is also a statewide trainer for Mental Health First Aid for Youth, as well as the facilitator for the Youth Survivors of Suicide Monthly Support Group. She previously volunteered for the AFSP Education Committee, and was also on the planning committee & was Master of Ceremonies for the 2016 International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day event.

Natalie also has previous experience working with a certified Art Therapist, and knows how to blend the creative process with traditional talk therapy as clients desire. She has completed training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which is a highly effective treatment for the effects of trauma, as well as for general anxiety, performance and test-taking anxiety, panic attacks, and self esteem issues. Natalie offers EMDR services for children, adolescents, and adults, and also utilizes an eclectic approach incorporating CBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems.

Above all, Natalie wants to help you find the tools you need to meet your goals, and help you keep a sense of humor along the way.
