“We have all known the long loneliness and we have learned that the only solution is love and that love comes with community.”
― Dorothy Day, The Long Loneliness: The Autobiography of the Legendary Catholic Social Activist

You are not alone!

The journey of life is not walked in solitude, although it can sometimes feel that way. Kenosis offers a plethora of groups that not only provide education about common mental health issues and skills to navigate life, but also provides a sense of support, camaraderie, and a clear reminder: "You are not alone." Come and share, come and learn, or just come and listen. That which you hear will likely sound familiar.

Groups are offered at various times throughout the year dependent upon interest generated by clients and community members.

If you are interested in a particular group, please email intake@kenosiscenter.com with "Group Interest" in the subject line to be contacted prior to the next series of that group. Please include your general availability (day of the week/ time of day) so that we can best accommodate the maximum number of participants. Individuals are not required to be ongoing Kenosis clients to participate in groups; however, an initial visit with a Kenosis counselor may be requested to determine appropriate inclusion in the group.
