Dave Turo-Shields, ACSW, LCSW, CEC Psychotherapist - Kenosis Owner Dave strongly believes that change is possible, no matter what the circumstance. He is committed to being fully present with each individual in an authentic and genuine manner. It is in this way that "kenosis" occurs, from ancient Greek "to empty." His practice is founded on his belief of personal transformation,"Empty yourself, change your life, fill your future." Dave Turo-Shields created Kenosis Counseling Center, Inc. in 1998. As a trained psychotherapist and certified life coach, he offers an exciting way to celebrate strengths, while moving clients from a good life to one which is extraordinary. He believes that having a joy-filled life is possible by enhancing happiness, abundance and success! Dave completed his Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work at Indiana University and has more than 20 years of clinical experience. He is a seasoned trainer as well as workshop and retreat presenter. His commitment in life is to infuse other professionals and individuals with joy and energy in their careers, their marriages and their lives.
